Daniel Andrews, Parliament of State of Victoria, Melbourne, was served to appear in Myrtleford Magistrates Court at 10 AM on 17 December 2021

My initial story documented the goings on with the New South Wales (NSW) now former Premier Gladys Berejiklian and her reign and implementation of strict Nazi style Covid Lockdowns in Australia. 

Eventually, she had to resign over accusations of fraud, which is ongoing in court now. 

Australia can now add another crooked politician working with the Rockefeller family to the mix, albeit a far worse one than the Rothschild from NSW.  I’m sure there are more to follow.

For now, enter Victorian Premier Dan Andrews, whom I have mentioned in the first article, albeit briefly.

Daniel Andrews, c/- Parliament of State of Victoria, Melbourne, was served with Form 3 – Charge Sheet and Summons; that is court documents under the Magistrates Court Criminal Procedure Rules 2019 (S.R. No. 143/2019) dated/signed on 22 October 2021; served on 3 November 2021 at 2PM, to appear in the Myrtleford Magistrates Court at 10 AM on 17 December 2021 on charges related to Misprision of Treason at Common Law and Fraud at Common Law. 

These are CRIMINAL CHARGES, unlike the former NSW Premier’s charge of Fraud. More on this shortly.  I must say that it is an interesting coincidence that Daniel Andrews appears in court on the same day the Queensland border opens to NSW. 

Is it a move to detract from the court hearing perhaps? Not if the whole world knows what’s going on by SHARING this article!! 

In a further attempt to avoid prosecution, for we all know, that’s the end game with the deep state all but finished with, Daniel Andrews attempted to have the bomb squad destroy the court documents. 

I have no idea what he was thinking, because it wouldn’t matter to the Magistrates Court if he destroyed the Court documents he was served with or not, the Court has multiple copies of every document they serve made and stored away in various places. 

So, he must appear on the date specified, and he MUST NOT have a Director of Public Prosecutions beside him, and /or a Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions, unlike all other State and Federal Government Leaders are entitled to.  Which essentially means, DANIEL ANDREWS MUST STAND ALONE AND DEFEND HIMSELF WITH NO ONE BESIDE HIM.

If Mr. Andrews FAILS to appear in court, the Magistrate MUST apply bail conditions set upon him until he does appear in court. I do not know what these bail conditions consist of but do know that one would not leave the state or country and hand his passport in to authorities, however handing in his passport won’t matter if he decides to jump ship – literally and escape Earth even if he won’t be able to get out.  He may even be under house arrest and must report in daily.  Who knows, but bail is bail, and he would have to abide by them.

In addition to this, and as a sitting member of Parliament, Daniel Andrews MUST STEP DOWN as the Victorian Premier ASAP, or at least BEFORE the court hearing on 17 December 2021 because the Australian constitution involving criminal cases states a sitting politician CANNOT remain in parliament whilst defending a criminal charge.

It’s starting to make more sense now as to why he is implementing new laws through parliament now, which will make life for Victorians a lot harder, at least until December. 

Let’s look at what the Victorian Premier has been charged with. 

TREASON

Until 1973, treason; ‘the most heinous of all crimes’, a betrayal of trust, or revolutionary warlike activities, attracted the death penalty, and was once deemed serious enough to be distinguished from normal crimes.

Get this though…  

THE PUNISHMENT FOR TREASON; AND MISPRISON OF TREASON, AND STILL IN FORCEIN THE HIGHEST COURT OF AUSTRALIA, IS THE DEATH PENALTY

Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 consisting of its Preamble, Clauses 1 to 9, and the Schedule.  Part V – Powers of the Parliament.  Circumventing these laws constitutes TREASON, ESPECIALLY when the people voted to stay as a Constitutional Monarchy in an Australia wide Referendum in 1999.

Yet government leaders refuse to implement it for their own kind, and thankfully for its citizens.

MISPRISON OF TREASON

This is a law inherited from England and is committed by someone who knows a treason is being or is about to be committed but does not report it to a proper authority.

State lockdowns, and border closures are also considered treasonous, AS IS EVERY State and Federal politician, POLIE OFFICER, every mayor, every council CEO complying with all orders and illegal laws – NUREMBERG.  Who is next after Dan? Please step forward.

FRAUD

Obtaining property by deception is covered under section 81 of the Crimes Act 1958 (VIC) which states that it is a crime for a person to act deceptively and with dishonesty obtaining or acquiring any property which belongs to someone else. The offence requires an intention to; in this instance, deliberately conceal material facts from the people, that being the Citizens of the State of Victoria.

AUSTRALIA IS THIS PROOF ENOUGH TO CHANGE YOUR VIEWS AND STAND UP TO THE SYSTEM TREATING ITS CITIZENS LIKE LAB RATS?

It’s time to ACT, NOT sit back. 

Create the NEW Australia you want your future generations to grow up in. It is so important that Australians; regardless of vaccination status, gather as ONE NATION to sign a Charter to Establish and Maintain a Sovereign Peoples’ Assembly. 

Under Common Law (Natural Law), it is the RIGHT of the Citizens of the land they stand on, the land they live on, as sovereign men and women to become self-governing bodies to create laws that provide for the safety and freedoms of every family and community in Australia.

Once established, Sheriffs can be elected to pass laws and arrest any criminal willfully breaking Common Law.

When the government no longer protects nor serves the rights and freedoms of the people, it is the duty of the people to protect themselves while standing under the law.
